  • Electrical Substation, Emergency Plant with full backup, Blindbar system, Shielding, Grounding Systems, Lighting, Extraction and Ventilation System.
  • Automation with LUTRON and Bticino depending on the apartment.
  • 2024: Maintenance of the lighting system, installation of emergency lights, sensors, power outlets.
