New business unit: GEM

2024 is a year of many changes and innovations for Compucables, during which we have enhanced our services to offer exceptional quality to all our clients. In this framework, we launched our new business unit: the Strategic Management of Maintenance Services (GEM).

As of July 2024, we have successfully managed 40 clients through GEM. This service offers comprehensive administration in Strategic Maintenance Management, which covers the planning, resource management, strategic decision making and business asset monitoring in various sectors. We implement the methodology of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), which guarantees optimal operation and longevity of the equipment.

Furthermore, we combine the Data Analytics with Squality management systems to continually strengthen our GEM. This comprehensive approach allows us to ensure that our clients' equipment operates efficiently and lastingly.
